The project lead by our principal investigator Dr. Bilge Güvenç Tuna titled "Establishing a snoRNA-miRNA-based Biosensor Panel in the detection of drug-resistant triple-negative Breast Cancer" was awarded the TÜBİTAK-ARDEB 1001 Grant.
The article authored by our principal investigator Bilge Güvenç Tuna and researcher Nazım Arda Keleş, "Pooled analysis of 3,741 stool metagenomes from 18 cohorts for cross-stage and strain-level reproducible microbial biomarkers of colorectal cancer" was published in the July issue of the Q1 Journal, "Nature Medicine".
